According to the Urban Dictionary “to butter one’s muffin” means to give or receive fellatio or cunnilingus. However, there are other interpretations. Mikisew Awasis, answered the question “What does it mean to 'butter someone’s muffin?' in Yahoo Answers with the below scenarios:
"Person A (a guy) sees a very attractive woman in a bar (Person B). She is very sexy. Person A says, "Man, she's hot... I'd like to BUTTER HER MUFFIN." (translation: I would like to have sex with her, enabling my ejaculate to provide lubrication to her southern genitalia)"
OR
"Opposite of above scenario ... A woman (Person A) looks at an attractive man (Person B) and says.... : "He is so hot. He can BUTTER MY MUFFIN anytime." (translation: See above scenario)"
Butter is made from milk, cream or both, with or without salt, and contains at least 80 percent milk fat by weight. It comes two ways, salted and unsalted. Salt is added to butter for flavor and as a preservative so it will have a longer shelf life. However, all that salt can overpower the sweet flavor of the butter and can also mask odors.
I prefer to use unsalted butter, because it is a higher quality product (since it contains no preservatives) and allows you to control the amount of salt you put in your recipes. You should use unsalted butter right away so it doesn’t absorb any odors from your refrigerator.
Butter can be used as a spread or condiment, and of course, is also a great food lube. In cooking, it adds a tremendous amount of creamy flavor to almost anything and should be exclusively used when cooking fried eggs. I do a lot of Italian cooking, so I like to add a combination of extra virgin olive oil and butter to the start of many of my recipes. Besides cooking, well you can stick a bar of butter virtually anywhere and it will taste good. So it’s true-- butter does make everything taste better.
