The below chart is for outdoor cooking on a gas or charcoal grill. Remember Grilling is cooking on high heat as opposed to barbecuing which is an indirect, slow, low heat cooking method. (keep one burner on and put food on opposite end. You may close the lid to make the hot air circulate),
