Drink Champagne or Prosecco. Prosecco is Italian sparkling wine.
THE MAIN COURSE
Grilled Salmon with a roasted bell pepper and orange sauce resting on and bed of a Micro Green Shallot Salad. Surrounded by dollops of a roasted bell pepper, ginger, orange and garlic sauce.
Drink a Pinot Noir wine.
THE SWEET
Fresh Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, black berries) whip cream and chocolate wafers. These can be store bought.
Drink a Port.

Anyone who's seen the movie will remember this performer effortlessly singing David Bowie's classics in Portuguese. Something about his deep voice singing songs we all know by heart is captivating in romantic Portuguese. It's the type of album you can play for a woman that will relax her with its familiarity and seduce her with its interpretation.
SET THE TABLE
Use an informal setting. Meaning napkin folded on the left side of the plate. The soup spoon is resting to the right of the napkin and the dinner fork resting to the right of the soup spoon. (Napkin, soup spoon, fork, plate) The knife is on the right side of the plate, cutting edge towards the plate. The wine glass is by the upper right hand corner of the plate. Have a water glass to the right of the knife.
LIGHTING
Use some tea lights in little tea light glasses. Place 3 on the table. It's a cost effective, romantic solution. Low light but not low enough to not see your food. (Hint this is a good way to hide a crappy presentation with the food that you did.)
