THE STARTER
Hummus with pita, sliced cucumber and baby carrots. This can be store bought.
Drink a Cava. (Cava is a sparkling white wine from Spain)
THE MAIN COURSE
Lebanese Chicken over Chopped Baby Romaine Salad.
Drink a Sauvignon Blanc.
THE SWEET
Store bought Baklava. It's fillo dough layers stuffed with a mix of crushed walnuts,
cinnamon and sugar glazed with honey.
If you can't find Baklava, get a slice of chocolate cake and a scoop of the best vanilla ice cream (Dryer's French Vanilla is nice) and share it.
Drink Amaretto on ice.

MUSIC TO FEAST BY
The Gipsy Kings:- Allegria
This is a fantastic album that may have you dancing before, during and after your meal. Their music is passionate and happy. Spanish language songs.
SET THE TABLE
Think a little out of the box here. You may be sharing your hummus so you won't need starter dishes. I would get some colorful paper or cloth napkins. Whatever your budget can afford.
HINT: If you live around an IKEA they have a lot of colorful paper napkins to choose from.
Use an informal setting. Meaning napkin folded on the left side of the plate. The dinner fork is resting to the right of the napkin but not on the napkin. The knife is on the right side of the plate. Have a water glass to the right of the knife. The wine glass is on the upper right hand corner of the plate. .
The ARTICLES section will also have a plethora of potential useful information.
