• 3 T. Raw Buckwheat (Kept in Cabinet, From health food store)

• 1 Strip of Kombu (Kept in Cabinet, From Whole Foods)

• 3 T. Hemp Seed (Kept in Refridgerator, Nutiva Brand, Can buy at Whole Foods, Sunfood Nutriton or it’s a little cheaper at If you start using it a lot, it’s more economical to buy larger quantities. • 1 T. Bee Pollen (Kept in Freezer, I buy this at my health food store from the freezer section.)

• 5 oz. Organic Mixed Berries (You can use fresh in you have them. I usually get frozen mixed berries.)

• 1 Organic Banana (You can use these fresh as well, I tend to freeze them so that I have to use less ice.)
