• 3 T. Cacao (Kept in Cabinet, From Sunfood Nutrition)
• 3 T. Goji Berries (Kept in Cabinet, From Sunfood Nutrition)
• 3 T. Raw Buckwheat (Kept in Cabinet, From health food store)
• 1 Strip of Kombu (Kept in Cabinet, From Whole Foods)
• 3 T. Hemp Seed (Kept in Refridgerator, Nutiva Brand, Can buy at Whole Foods, Sunfood Nutriton or it’s a little cheaper at LivingNutritionals.com. If you start using it a lot, it’s more economical to buy larger quantities. I buy a five pound bag and keep a jar in my fridge and rest in my freezer until I need it.)
• 3 Leaves of Organic Raw Kale (Kept in Refridgerator, Can also use any other mild dark green leafy vegetable like Spinich or Collards)
• 1-2 Stalks of Organic Celery (Kept in Refridgerator)
• 1/4 Cup of Organic Unsweetened Cranberry Juice, Not from Concentrate (Kept in Refridgerator, Used primarily for flavor!)
• 1 T. Bee Pollen (Kept in Freezer, I buy this at my health food store from the freezer section.)
• 5 oz. Organic Mixed Berries (You can use fresh in you have them. I usually get frozen mixed berries.)
• 1 Organic Banana (You can use these fresh as well, I tend to freeze them so that I have to use less ice.)
• Ice (for desired temperature, if you need it freezing cold, you don’t have to use ice)
Water (as much as is needed for desired consistency)
