Pleasurable Portobello Steaks

The Tease
Pleasurable portobellos (grilled mushrooms) are a huge turn on for most gals. Time to Cook: All levels of cooks 15 minutes + 24 hours of marinade time.
When crimini grow to sizes of 4-6 inches they are called portobellos

• 2 large portobello mushrooms with the stems removed

• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

• 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
br> • 1 tablespoon of canola or vegetable oil

• Fresh ground pepper (so you most likely won't need salt, but ya never know)

• 1 tablespoon of fresh minced chives.

• Grill or griddle

• Baking dish or plastic container, to soak the mushrooms in side by side

• Spatula

Preparation (Do it!)
1) Place the mushrooms in the container side by side.

2) In a bowl, add the soy sauce, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and oil. Mix, then pour the ingredients over the mushrooms. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for up to one day. (The longer the better.) Turn your mushrooms once while they're marinating.

3) Heat your cleaned grill on medium high. Cook for 5 minutes each side.

4) Finish with fresh ground pepper and chives.
