Shrimp in Love

The Tease
Add a mixed green salad with just oil and wine vinegar dressing and you have a really satisfying but simple meal that is so easy to make. It will make her swoon!

Time to Prep 15 Minutes
Time to Cook 10 Minutes

• 1/2 pound of medium shrimp. Cleaned tails off. • 4 oz. linguine, uncooked

• roasted garlic optional

• creme fraiche or cream cheese (creme fraiche is preferred)

• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup)

• 1-1/2 cups torn cleaned baby spinach with ends removed

• grated Italian Romano cheese

• salt and pepper to taste

• Stock Pot

• Cheese grater

• Cutting boards and measuring cupbs

Preparation (Do it!)
1. COOK linguine as directed on package.

2. Best to get refrigerated one that takes 3 minutes to cook.

3. While linguini cooks, heat large skillet on medium-high heat.

4. Add shrimp, tomatoes and cream cheese spread;

5. cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and mixture is well blended.

6. DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl.

7. Add spinach; toss lightly.

8. Stir in shrimp mixture.

9. serve hot.

10. place bowl of cheese on table.

11. sweet cream butter.

12. crusty bread.
