Soy Citrus Salmon with Pineapple

The Tease
This is a great dish to serve up during those warm spring and summer nights. Serve this with a sexy cocktail and you will be in heaven.

Time To Make:
Not including marinade time, 10 minutes.

• 1 Pound of salmon fillets with skin on.

The Marinade
• 1/4 cup of soy sauce

• 3 cloves of minced garlic

• 1 Lime, juice

• 1 Lemon juice

• 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin olive oil

• 1 tsp of cumin

• 1 tsp of sesame oil

• 1 TBSP of honey

• 1/4 of dried Pineapple • Pepper to taste

1. BBQ

2. Fish or grill basket (If you don't have this gadget you should get one!) Check it out.

3. Small pot to boil marinade

Preparation (Do it!)
1. Marinate fish at least one hour

2. Take marinade and reduce by half. Male sure you do not grill the pineapple

3. Grill fish on high for 2-3 minutes each side until slightly crisp

4. Drizzle sauce over fish and place pineapple pieces.
