Brussels Sprouts With Bacon

• 1 lb or 500 g Brussels sprouts
• 1/2 lb or 250 g bacon
• 3/4 cup of good sour cream
• 1/3 cup of chicken stock
• Salt and pepper to taste

• Medium cast iron pan or non stick skillet
• Wooden spoon
• Measuring cups

1. Peel off single leaves of each Brussels sprout.
2. Boil for about 5 minutes.
3. Chop bacon and fry over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Add Brussels sprout leaves and chicken stock. Stir and cook 2-3 minutes.
4. Add sour cream and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
