Healthy Lime Carrots

The Tease
A carrot dish with a fresh lime taste. Very easy and simple.
Prep:10m Cook:10m Servings:4

• 8 Baby carrots, scrubbed and thinly sliced

• 1 Large onion, sliced

• 1 Lime juice to taste

• 1 Tablespoon of olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Medium saute pan

Preparation (Do it!)
1. Heat a saucepan at medium heat and add the olive oil.

2. Fry the sliced onions for a minute or two.

3. Add the sliced carrots.

4. Add the lime juice and a bit of salt.

5. Cover and leave for about 3-4 minutes.

6. Take off lid and taste. Adjust if necessary.

7. Fry another minute or two uncovered and place in serving dish.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley
