There are way too many health benefits to list here when eating raw veggies, fruits and nuts. Just eat it and know it's bloody good for you too!

• 2 cups of dried arugula
• 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 cup of raw pine nuts
• 1/4 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
• 1/4 cup of raw sunflower seeds
• 2 tablespoons of minced fresh basil
• 2 tablespoons of minced fresh flat leaf parsley
• 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
• 1 tablespoon of minced fresh dill
• 1/4 cup of raisins
• 1 cup of diced cucumber
• 1 cup of shredded carrots
The Dressing
• 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste

• Large bowl
• Small bowl for the dressing
• Whisk
• Large wooden spoons or salad mixing utensils
• Knife and cutting board
• Measuring cups and spoons

1. This is really easy to do. Cut all your ingredients and put them in a bowl. Make sure to
wash and dry them.
2. Measure out all your nuts.
3. Make the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a smaller bowl and whisking them. Add the dressing to the salad and mix.
