It's getting chilly out. Start the evening with something wet and warm. I used a great organic soup (yes, store bought) for this dish.
Time To Cook:
All cooks 10 minutes

• 1 can of organic tomato soup
• 6 medium sized pink shrimp. Cleaned, shell off. If you can't find pink, white or brown will do
• 1/2 cup of cooked salad shrimp
• 1 lime - 1 half will be juiced, the other half will be cut into wedges for garnish
• 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon of mined chives
• Salt and pepper to taste
|
|
|
| |
 |
• Small stock pot
• Two small glasses or 2 ounce shot glasses
• Bowl

1. In the stock pot add 2 inches of water and bring to a bowl.
2. Cook the medium shrimp for 3-4 minutes.
3. Reserve the shrimp in a bowl of cold water. This stops the cooking process and throw out the water.
4. Add the tomato soup, garlic, the 1/2 cup of salad shrimp, juice of half a lime and bring to a simmer.
5. Pour into glasses and garnish with the pink shrimp, chives, and lime wedges.
