The Tease
Love these beauties. Nothing better than warm and moist chocolate chip cookies. Time to make

Cook: 7-9m
Cookies are consumed in over 95 percent of U.S. households. Americans alone consume over 2 billion cookies a year, which adds up to 300 cookies for each person, annually.

• 1 stick of unsalted butter - 8 Tablespoons

• 1 cup of brown sugar, gently packed

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

• 1 egg

• 3/4 cup of granulated sugar

• 1 & 1/2 cup of CAKE FLOUR

• 1 & 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

• Hand blender

• 2 bowls

• Cookie sheet

• Rubber spatula

• Large spoon

Preparation (Do it!)
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F. 2. Measure out all dry ingredients into a bowl. 3. In another bowl, cream butter with a hand blender. Creaming means beating until there is a smooth consistency.

4. Add the brown sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla to the creamed butter and cream.

5. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and fold with a rubber spatula. Folding is mixing delicately by folding the dough on top of itself, until completely mixed.

6. Spoon the cookies onto an un-greased cooking sheet. 7. Bake in oven for 7-9 minutes. When the cookies begin to brown, take out of the oven and let them cool. Tip you use an oven rack as to cook your cookies (as long as you take one out before you bake your cookies).
