It’s hard to find decent Tex-Mex and BBQ in the City of Toronto. It’s actually impossible! However, that is about to change. Situated in the city of Vaughan in the RioCan Colossus Center is Chili’s Grill and Bar, a Tex-Mex casual dining concept from the U.S. It’s the perfect place for young love about to blossom, especially after drinking a few of their signature Presidente Margaritas! The ambiance may help too. The bar is beautiful and clean and the staff is ultra cute and very friendly.
Chili’s is famous for their baby back ribs and margaritas. Out of the three flavors of ribs we sampled, the Honey Chipotle baby back ribs were a decent idea and so were the Memphis dry rub ribs. I did like the chicken quesadillas and the Southwest egg rolls. Overall, Chili’s is a great place for young lovers who live out in North York and want a sure thing.
