We served this as our white wine at my wedding a month ago. The New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs are among my favorite white wines. They go great with fish and clams. This light yellow wine opens with the bold bouquet of hints of grapefruit. On the palate, this light bodied wine was balanced, with slightly tart lemon lime like flavors with a touch of grapefruit and minerality. The finish was dry, refreshing, but brief. This is also a great price. You can get it from $11-$15 per bottle.
