Sensational white wine.

I usually have a bottle or two of this wine for reserve in my refrigerator. I really love it. It goes great with seafood dishes and mild goat cheeses. In Ontario, Canada it's $18.95. However, it's a bargain in the United States for $9-$12.

"The philosophy of Oyster Bay is to produce fine, distinctly regional wines that are elegant and assertive with glorious fruit flavors. It all starts in the vineyard. We treat each vineyard lock and parcel of wine individually. The fruit is crushed, gently pressed and the juice is cold settled. A long, slow temperature controlled fermentation and immediate bottling after wine making, retains all the wonderful fruit flavors and aromas that are present."

Pale straw green in color with brilliant clarity, Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc as zesty and aromatic with lots of lively fruit characters. A concentration of assertive passion fruit and tropical fruit fl avours with an abundant bouquet, it is a wine that is always crisp, elegant and refreshing."

Passion fruit, ripe lemon and tropical fruit, lively and finely textured, beset with lingering citrus notes.
