We're not done with bacon yet. Do you want all of the flavor and none of the fat of bacon? The solution is bacon salt. There are 4 flavors to choose from and all of them are great. Here is an ultra healthy snack or great side dish. Boil some cauliflower until fork tender. Drain and add to a food processor or blender and add your bacon salt of choice. Puree for a healthy, but decadent vegetarian side dish.
It makes bland food come alive. Try it on popcorn, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, in a Bloody Mary, a cheese burger, macaroni and cheese, baked or fried chicken, seafood, especially scallops and shrimp. Try on to toast, vanilla ice cream and of course eggplant. You can get it here.
