What is great comfort food for the morning after? How about an indulgent yet healthy Daddy Cake?
Recently, I discovered an instant pancake mix called Daddy Cakes. The bottom line is that they are amazing. Usually, I am all about cooking some sort of egg dish in the morning to titillate her taste buds.
