This is an amazing caviar dip that she may love. It's great with toasted pita bread and/or slices of cucumber. Recently, I discovered that adding 1 or 2 Tablespoons of the dip to scrambled eggs makes an amazing concoction.
The classic Greek spread, taramosalata is a caviar-style dip made from carp roe (tarama). It is blended with oil, lemon, and spices to make a mouthwatering puree.
