Panko Breadcumbs

Rating: XXXX

A light and lovely crispy coating.

Trader Joes does it again, but you can find this style of breadcrumb in any Asian market or other large supermarkets. Panko is a type of breadcrumb used in Asian cuisine. It's a made from wheat bread and is crisper and lighter then most breading found in Western culture. It works very well with seafood!
