I am a cookie fanatic. They are my favorite sweets. Recently, I gobbled down some double chocolate cookies from Sweets from the Earth Bakery based out of Toronto. I couldn't stop eating them. They are simply amazing.
The bakery produces a variety of handmade confections and cakes which are made with love and it shows. With ingredients like organic spelt flour, organic evaporated cane juice and dairy-free chocolate you can't go wrong. It's the best healthy chocolate cookie and perhaps just the best cookie period!
