I am a huge fan of tacos. Damn delicious stuff. Usually I go for the soft taco because hard taco shells can break and become a pain to deal with. However, I've just found a product that makes both easy. It is called The “Taco Rack” America’s Only Taco Cooking System by La Cook-a Rack-a Ltd. based out of NY. Simply place your hard or soft taco shells into the Taco Rack, and bake the shells for crispness, then remove from oven to fill with meats & cheeses, and they couldn't be easier to fill!

I like the TacoRack but it seems to me that you could also just 'mold' aluminum foil into something similar if you plan to just make tacos 'once-in-a-while'... of course if you plan on making Tacos more frequently than TACORACK is perfect.
